Well, that was a mash-up of music I did not expect. I think some competition nerves got him a bit. Not taken with the program -sorry Jimmy - the POV is just not clear and you need to simplify the music.

David Bondar and Edward Vasii are for me the biggest contenders with quads already for the juniors.
John Kim has the best content from the seniors and some flair but is wildly inconsistent. He took some time off and came back last year. I was really impressed by him at Nationals.

David Bondar... I can't remember if the one I remember from the JGP circuit is him or another David, there are too many Davids in Mapleland... I also like your son, hopefully he gets to land all his jumps at once at the right place and time

I'll be the mala voce, I think this program needs refining. Then again, I will always think of Toller with Firebird and that's not fair to Jimmy. Good skate, wouldn't put it above Jacob, but so close I can't complain.

Jaekun. Really nice white shirt. Shame about the fall, but otherwise a good skate.

Jakeun is such a beautiful skater, even with this often overused music. He has style & charisma and is capable of these jumps. I always look forward to seeing him skate.

Thank you - I said the same thing about the mash-up. I love Jimmy - just not this musical choice. I also thought Jakob had him because he was cleaner.

My boy was nervy during the first half but lovely during the latter half, I do have to stress that Jaekeun is one of those skaters who needs to be seen live in order to fully appreciate his skating, his neat and gentle style tends to flatten out on screen

I liked it.....I like that he uses unusual and creative musical choices.

Jaekeun's 3A is a beauty when landed clean and if he can only manage to get his foot out in time his 4T would rack up so many points, I'm praying and hoping that he'll figure it out soon
