i don't wanna be a cactus a don't wanna play with real needles

When the Fan Fest forum first started, I adopted a young Ladies skater that looked very promising. But within a few years, it was clear that she was a cactus. When she was on form, she was a really beautiful skater. But she was so inconsistent. And she remained like that until she retired.

I think I am in the same position again.

One of my daughters really impressed us all a few years ago in the Junior GP's, but since then she has had a rough couple of years. But I don't want to write her off as a cactus yet. So, when writing about her recently, I tried to be diplomatic and said that "you never know what you are going to get from her".

But, just in case, I am going to look up what her nationality is in Latin...

But she has arranged for a friend to deliver flower crowns on her behalf here.

When Diana was talking about Niko Ulanovsky and his many talents, I was surprised that she didn't mention that he is a pretty good commentator.

Remember a few years ago when he and Michail Savitskiy were commentating at the Nebelhorn Trophy. And we were so impressed with both of them.
