I don't think that's going to be enough to beat Lucius, but that was a very strong skate. Doing the 3S as the last element is just so gutsy.

I feel Kazanecki was more convincing than Krouglov, but Kazanecki is 4 points behind Uemura. I dunno.

Lovely and mostly clean skate from Denis. His skating looks mature to me for 16 yrs old.

Krouglov did himself proud, but I don’t think he’ll beat the American. It’s nice to see a solid male from Belgium.

There is a long and honorable (if decidedly aggravating to me) history of male skaters raiding the family laundry before going on the ice.

Great skate by Denis. But tbh I don't know what to make of his style. He obviously does a lot of ballet, but somehow he doesn't seem to have the talent. His movements look a bit, for lack of a better word, clumsy?

Still a good skate.

He's been on the scene for a few years, but he has so improved since skating with Ilia.

He skates with Ilia? That's probably why his jumping style reminds of Ilia! I hadn't noticed who his coaches were.

So sad for Shun He's very talented and this program is great. Hope he regroups mentally and does well at Jr Nationals - I'd love to see him at Jr Worlds (though there are so many skaters battling for those spots :/).
