I just noticed - the two girls in this upcoming group that are originally from Germany, #20 Marie BIERWERT (UAE) and #21 Anna GERKE (DEU), are not only going back-to-back. They are separated by just 0.01 points!

At the moment, the North Rhine girl (Gerke) has the advantage over the Bavarian (Bierwert).

Who will finish up ahead? And by how much?

Nice neat skating from Alayna Coats to Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Lovely debut on the JGP.
I like her quiet determination and concentration without looking overly tense.

Right, here we go.

The last four times they were up against each other in Germany in the 2023-24 Season, Bierwert and Gerke were close in the SP, and then Gerke pulled way ahead in the FS.

Will it be the same here?

Two falls for Marie, but her jumps just look so solid and strong. Not the most difficult content yet, but I'm happy to see her on the JGP stage (I don't think she would have made it this season if she was still representing Germany).

Well, apart from the obvious, the first half of the head-to-head was good.

Can't say the same about the hearts being made! They were a bit haphazard!

Marie BIERWERT (UAE) goes into 5th in the FS, and 4th overall.

So happy for Eve and for French women skaing that she broke the 95 mark, definitely France will have a very good 3rd senior skater next year (not suprising as she trains with Lorine Schild).
