I always think it’s great when skaters choose traditional music or dance styles from the country they represent for their programs. Good lifts, very nice twist, just some errors on the sbs jumps and throws. They are coming along nicely as a pair.

A few errors (including the rare downgraded throw), but a much better showing than at their first JGP. I like this program for them a lot, and hope to see them skate it clean at a later moment (Nationals? Jr Worlds?).

I find myself really liking these costumes and, in fact, this team as a whole. This is going to be their only Jr season, so I’m very happy they got to have this experience and will be able to go to Jr Worlds (the other German Junior teams don’t have minimums at this point). So promising, I hope to see more of them in the future.

Great skate by Louise and Matthis, even better than at their first JGP. 2A still trying to annoy them, but everything else looked strong.

Speaking of Canadian team, how come Canada could send 3 pair teams here? I thought with JGP the rule is max 2 entries per country unless it's home JGP? Is the rule different for pairs

Very good skate for these younglings. Quite focused on the technical elements for now in this program, but that is understandable. As soon as the program is done, he is back to his bubbly, expressive self and she’s off to get herself a plushie So cute

Different rule for pairs . Canada ranked 3rd at JWC which gave them 3 pairs per event.

Nice skate from Quattrocchi and Lacasse. Yes, they will probably drop behind Chen and Dong, but they have still done really well.

Another very good skate. They are so consistent for a very newly together team and so engaged in the story and with each other. I think this won’t be enough to keep them above the Chinese team, but they gave it everything they had.
