On Tara's IG stories today, she posted that she will be at Nationals next week. She thanked her NBC Family for being so kind and checking in on her. If you want to have a good cry, her latest Instagram reel is a video of her holding her daughter on the floor and singing to her, along with some heartfelt words and an even longer caption. Very sweet.
As far as I know, no skaters have withdrawn for weather-related reasons. Let's hope it stays that way.

I think it was already very interesting. I don't think Isabeau was a lock for either the podium or the Worlds team this year. Amber should win provided she doesn't have a meltdown. None of the others can compete with her tech score. I suspect she has already secured her spot for Worlds. I see the remaining podium places, 4CC, and worlds spots as being a 4-way fight between Sarah Everhardt, Elyce-Lin Gracey, Alysa Liu and Bradie. I think Lindsey Thorngren would need to win nationals to get selected for Worlds. She never really seems to have found favour with USFS and has been out of form this season. I expect that Amber would skip 4CC and focus on Worlds, like she did last season. Based on performances so far, my current Worlds team would be Amber, Sarah, and Alysa - let's see if anyone can change that at nationals (and I don't mean by having a bad skate...).

And they used to do so much! You would go to their table at events and it was like talking with old friends.....you felt cared about.

This will not be a walk in the park for Amber. Six senior ladies have recorded scores 190+.
In fact Amber has never had an "easy" competition in her life -- it's part of her charm.
