2026 Canadian Nationals : Junior Men

my final comment : the only bonus point was given to Liam. I also think Liam was a bit lowballed on PCS. But, not enough to mean a completely different outcome for him.. maybe one spot higher.

Parker did very well in both programs so that's good.

Of course, the JWC spot will most likely come from guys skating in senior men already.

And on this note, I have to go to the studio ! Enjoy the rest for me !

I enjoyed the last six again, and Parker was the definite winner! I love Travis's skating (as I did yesterday), but just too many mistakes. Kudo's to him for sharing the K&C with Parker, while he was still so disappointed in his own skate. I liked William a lot better than in his short, so that's a good silver too. I also like the way Brian is happy for his student, and that hands thing with the coaches with Liam was funny if inunderstandable. Ted and Mark remain a golden duo!

Congrats Parker on your Junior title!!
He has always been so supportive of his teammates and it was awesome to see Travis with him at the kiss n cry.

Parker got no international events. He crossed the 180 benchmark at both Challenge and Nationals. I hope they send him to an international event with Lia. He is 19 and that might be his last opportunity for an international event, as it will be difficult to cross over 219 as a Senior. Maybe, he should try Pairs

Christopher Manis - I strongly insist he should definitely switch to pairs 🤗

I don't see Parker as a pairs guy. Chris Manis though, yes, absolutely. But he has to want it. Look, we have one fabulous ice dancer who refuses to go back to ice dance in Bruce Waddell. Body type and skills are not sufficient to choose a sport : love for the sport, when you gotta train hours over hours is number one.
