I would not be mad if that were to happen; however, judges always score P/S low in PCS.That was really solid. A little slow but clean. I hope they get bronze.

And the Chinese.Skating like this after the japanese isn't an easy thing to do I guess
Might I add the example of my beloved Yelim, her skating was always of the elegant, composed type yet her nickname was General YelimTo be fair, that is true for a lot of skaters/teams. Isabeau Levito is apparently extremely sassy, funny, and chaotic off-ice (she has been known to say some deeply inappropriate things that cannot be repeated here), but her programs are always lovely, elegant, and balletic. Likewise, Misha Shaidorov skates as a giant panda in his exhibitions but always does these serious, dramatic programs in competition.
Eh, I think people get two different things mixed up. When a skater is on the ice, they are showing what they like to perform to, not trying to show every aspect of their lives. That would be unreasonable! No one expects us to know what they like for breakfast by watching their skating. We all know a quiet person who listens to scream-o rock or an extrovert who goes to Chopin concerts. Isabeau has been clear that she enjoys the style she does on the ice. That has nothing to do with how sassy her personality is. Her liking Audrey Hepburn is as much a part of her personality as her impulsive mouth. I think the original poster is saying the M/K seem to be skating to music their coaches resonate with rather than something they really seem to enjoy. To be fair, that is true for a lot of skaters/teams.
