Niina is so strong mentally, fantastic skate by her. This is such a well constructed program well suited for her powerful skating. I'd have had her in front of Amber overall but the judges disagreed. Still, a very high score for her.

Amber has a much higher base value than Niina due to the 3Axel and the 3loop+2Axel+2Axel she does in the 2nd half. I enjoy both women and I am so happy to see them happy with their performances today.

Niina received a high score but I can't help but think that the Estonian got underscored. I thought this was even better than at Europeans yet she didn't get as much like there and she was quite far from beating Amber.
