Ah, the first of the Tamkevičiūtė sisters. They are both in this group. And, like at Nationals, there is one skater going in between them.

Medeina TAMKEVIČIŪTĖ (LTU) is wearing an orange dress, and skating to "Bla Bla Bla Bla Cha Cha Cha".

I may not like the song, but that was good.

She goes into the lead.

In between the sisters is their Startas team-mate, Lėja BRUŽAITĖ (LTU)

She is wearing a black PVC bra top and black PVC skirt, with black illusion mesh in between.

She is skating to "New Day Will Rise" by Yuval Raphael.

A different coach sitting with her compared to Medeina TAMKEVIČIŪTĖ.

She goes into 5th position.

Daniele TAMKEVIČIŪTĖ (LTU) is wearing a black dress with gold trim but no left sleeve.

And another different coach!

She looks very disappointed.

She goes into 6th position.

So at the end of the opening group, the Tamkevičiūtė sisters are topping and tailing the competition. 6.02 points between them.

And it took so long for Daniele's scores to come through, that the Group 2 Warm-Up was already over by the time they were announced!

What is going on?

Ever since Medeina TAMKEVIČIŪTĖ (LTU) took the lead, every skater has gone into last position. That's four of them now.

Oh, hang on. That run has now ended. Skater #9 has gone into penultimate position.

After seeing how she got on, I was convinced she would be going into last as well. So, I'm surprised.

The final skater is wearing a very strange dress. The top half looks like a black and grey suit of armour, and the bottom half is a flimsy light peach skirt.

She is skating to a trailerised version of "Set Fire To The Rain". Like, who trailerises Adele?!

But she was good.

She goes into 2nd position.

I forgot to say, this is a combined Warm-Up group, containing the 5 older girls and the boy.

The only skater in this competition that is not from Lithuania, Evelina BARSAMOVA (LAT), is kicking things off.

She is wearing a gorgeous black dress, and doing an Olè programme. And I love this particular piece of music.

A good skate to start off the competition.

Elija DRAVNEL (LTU) wearing a gorgeous royal blue dress.

Mmmm. She fell on her first element, and two footed her second. This is not a good sign.

Actually, she was good for the rest of the programme.

Her team-mate is next, so she is on her own in the results area. She stands at the edge of the camera shot for a long time, before finally sitting down.

She looks thoroughly fed up waiting for her scores.

She goes into 2nd position.

Laura RUTKAUSKAITE (LTU) wearing a wishy-washy white and pale blue dress.

Skating to a beautiful piano instrumental piece.

That was a strange way to end. Falling at the end of her spin, and then getting up into her finishing position.

She looks in shock at what just happened as she sits on the sofa.

She goes into 3rd position.

She is skating to "Runaway" by AURORA.

Although the singer's voice would go through you (how does she listen to it day in, day out?!), it was a good skate.

She goes into 2nd position.

She had a freak fall, and had difficulty getting up. She's hurt her ankle. She tried to skate on, but had to give up.

She's in a lot of pain. She's going to the boards in floods of tears.

For goodness sake, stop the music!

Finally!

She's off the ice, but even though she is out of camera shot, you can still hear her crying.

Not how you want to end the competition.

Now the announcement has come through that she has withdrawn.

The boy is on the ice.

And now he has been called to start. But we can still hear Elija crying.

Simonas VOERMAN (LTU) is wearing a black shirt, blue waistcoat with sparklies, two white wristbands, and black trousers.

That was good. At least we are going into the interval on a good note.

And I am leaving for food. I'll pause the stream, and watch the Hobby skaters and Intermediate Novices on delay.

@norwegianfairytale - are either of the Gjersem twins coaching? Because I could have sworn that one of them was sitting with the second girl to skate in the Hobby class competition, Kinga DUBICKA (LTU) from the Ice Symphony club.

Not to my knowledge. I´m pretty sure it can´t be Camilla, she maybe does some camps or choreography in between, but is working full time in legal professional and is also is the vice president for Norwegian Skating Fed and she is posting very frequently on her socials. However I´m not up to date with Anne Line, except i´m assuming she still lives in Sweden with her husband (Joshi Helgesson brother) and her daughter, and I think she was woking with engineering. You got me curious, i´m pretty sure I would be able to recognize if it was one of them, so if i´m able to rewind the stream and have a look I can confirm if it´s one of them or not.

Ooooh.

There were quite a few gifts thrown onto the ice for the last skater in the Hobby class, Emilija UDRAITE (LTU). And I'm not sure if it one of them broke, but there was an "ooooh" from the audience, and a right mess left on the ice. Emilija tried to clean it up, and some of the other skaters came back out to help her.

We didn't see what happened after that. But, Emilija wnt to gather up gifts from other parts of the ice.

She won by exactly one point.

I found the skater with the coach, and all though I see the similarities I can confirm that is not any of the twins 100%.

Day 2 of the Silver Skate Winter Cup begins now in the Interclub part of the event, before moving the the ISU part of the event for all four FS segments in the afternoon, before returning to the Interclub part of the event in the evening.
