Ah well, I won't be surprised if S/N are sent to the Olympics, but they shouldn't be!

And they weren't, though some fans of S/N think they should have been selected. I also hear some young fans lamenting the U.S. team's chances for gold in the Olympics team event. I think the U.S. has a very strong team, albeit Torgy doing the fp and K/O going twice in the pairs portion may seem to be a weakness. But U.S. strengths abound.

The reason Japan might have a strong chance in the team event is how overmarked Miura/Kihara are. Still, Ilia will likely get top points for men, as should C/B for ice dance, and Amber & Alysa for pairs. Hopefully, K/O skate well enough for third or fourth place points in pairs team event, and Torgy also has a good showing.
