It's not difficult, you have to follow the link. Or just download and install this fine streaming program: http://tvants.en.softonic.com/ Then search CCTV-5.
The same channel shows Ladies SP but not live: five hours later. I don't think SBS (Korean TV) is showing it live neither.
For the Compulsory Dance (starts in 4 hours) I'm waiting for a link here

When I used it a couple days ago, it just said that Microsoft Silverlight is required for optimal use. I didn't download it and it worked just fine.

Daum is a Korean stream program. It's all in Korean (duh...). Install it, the windows with the streams should appear on the right, click on the one you want, if it has a smilie on it, it's password protected and you can't watch it...

if you pause it for 5 minutes (during warm-ups, commercials etc.) then you play, it works without interruptions for long time (At least I hope so!)

Theoretically,pausing it should make it stop buffering to much, but the problem is that the stream spazzes so much that it gets really behind of the actual transmission. Then it decides to cut through everything to catch up and it doesn't stream that part at all... I learned it at CoR...
