OK that was awesome. But did you also notice the crowd behind her was so quiet and stoic. They barely applauded! I thought that ice dome went ballistic but not in that part of the venue, it seemed!!

I think it's because in that part there was all the media, photographers, VIP, etc. Some are standing actually but the big TAT is on full screen by the end.

Did you ever see "Truth or Dare", that 1991 documentary about Madonna's Blonde Ambition Tour (the legendary one where she wore the cone bra)? She at one point goes backstage after a show and very, VERY loudly complains about the crowd in one show where everyone "just stood there with their arms crossed trying NOT to have a good time!" The folks behind TAT reminded me of that. I thought they'd have been more enthusiastic and happy for Adel!

Thanks for all the videos. It's nice that they did a one year anniversary program and those who participated in Sochi, not just the figure skaters were able to experience that again. Based on Adelina's interview (google translate) it seems they will have day of winter sports as an annual celebration. I wonder if they have one for summer as well.
I do love at the end of the interview that she says she will definitely be back on the ice and she is temporarily switching to another channel until her ankle gets better. Hope she gets better and we see her in the new championship.
The wall of champions is great, they can always go there and see their name etc.

I know it is off topic, but I can't see Mr. Viktor Ahn, the speed skater winning 3 gold medals for Russia at the Sochi Olympics, at the site there, so I am wondering why.

maybe he was out competing in one of ISU's World Cup stuff?....or he just didn't want to go
but anyway, it's cool that they have a wall to commemorate their accomplishments!

It is impossible that he did not want to go there to touch his name on the Glorious Wall.
Volosozhar/Trankov didn't come either, it was mostly people who had nothing better to do I guess
Ahn wasn't in the show, but he was all over TV on that day, he became really popular after Sochi.- Joined

There was Short Track Speed Skating in Dresden Germany that weekend, so he was probably there. I think there were interviews with him though. Many people weren't there, there are tournaments for various sports going on right now. They can always go later on and see it
I saw on tumblr a gif of dancing with the stars, it was like a teaser with Adelina and other contestants. I think I heard it will be all female contestants for this season.
Here is the video for it. It's like the contestants are all about trying to steal the trophy

Thanks. I enjoyed that alot. But it's a shame some Yuna fans still follow Adelina's youtube video's just to post negative commnets.
