Airline Changes - Lithium Batteries

there're new rules in how to pack your lithium batteries while on an airplane... they went into effect on the first of the new year... just wanted to make sure everyone knew considering a lot of us will be traveling soon to some big skating events (and other vacations) and camera batteries are what they'll be taking a took at.
