They have been having full program run-throughs for the past few days. You know I always welcome these. I wish they would do it more regularly during the season and not just in preparation for the season opener.

I'm in the process of creating a video from an instagram stream. SP is, as suspected, the one he skated at the final Tartu camp.
If we go by what he skated at Tartu, that means the FS will be the same as last year's. We'll get confirmation on that tomorrow.

It's... it's... horrible.
I've a very high tolerance level for medleys, but that mix was just disjointed and made no sense - especially so many music cuts in an SP?!? Also, never mind just the retro - that "cool" remix of Tutti-Frutti certainly didn't help matters either.

All right, I surrender! Give me back Sabre Dance, Mishin - give it back! I should never have complained about it. Mea culpa. Mea maxima culpa!

I paid barely any attention to the choreo at all, to be honest - I doubt many people will. Nothing is allowed to build, nothing stays long enough to create any kind of momentum. The music cuts - or choices of music, I don't know - almost make any choreo irrelevant. If the Rus fed doesn't nix this, I can only hope that when his PCS tanks, they nix this program and go back to Sabre Dance or something. Or anything else, pretty much. Bring back Conquistador - anything!
