Oh why did you have a bad feeling about this?I had a really, really bad feeling about this even before I saw him on the ice...
I think he's annoyed about something, even before he came onto the ice. His demeanor is a bit different from past competitions. Of course we couldn't see his expressions at Sarajevo so we have no idea what he was like there either.Having watched that again, I don't know which makes me more worried, the fact that the jumps didn't work or his expression after finishing. It almost seemed like he didn't give a s***... of course it might have been him trying to keep it together on ice and all that but still.
Anyways, at least the axel was amazing...
Summer camp information. Lots of it.
1.May 6-8 in Ontario (Sasha may or may not be there)

Mishin will be in Canada from May 6-8 doing a seminar. The poster says "2015 World champion Elizaveta Tuktamysheva and up-and-coming phenomenon Elizaveta Nugumanova" but it also mentions a "team of skaters". Sasha wasn't mentioned either when they went to Colorado last year so it's still possible he will be in Canada. I guess we'll find out through instagram or something.
2.May 16-30 Tartu Camp
Tartu Estonia. I'm almost certain he'll go to this one. Richaud "liked" the post about this on Facebook so hopefully he will be there too.
3.June 17-30 Courchevel Camp
Courchevel, France. Richaud is based in France of course. And if you remember, Sasha's JGP debut was at Courchevel.
4.July 10-20 Tartu Camp #2
Tartu Estonia. At this point I hope he doesn't get seriously burnt out. Or maybe Mishin won't be bringing him to this camp, I'm not sure. Not every student is brought to all the camps. Anyway, we'll see.
Edit:
Does this mean they are skipping the Igora masterclass this year? In previous years they unveiled new programs at Igora and because it's in Russia we got to see video of it.
All Tartu camp videos in the past (with the exception of "Just a Gigolo") have come from one guy. If he's there during the camp, then he'll upload videos of all the performances (if recording is not forbidden). If not, then we just have to wait till the test skate. There are 2 camps in tartu which is a not-so-private ice rink, so I'm pretty sure there is going to be a video at some point.
Yeah, there were some problems with the stream earlier.Have I checked the time schedule totally wrong, or is the live stream not working for everyone else too?
Edit:
Nevermind, working now![]()
It's okay. The most important thing is that he didn't let himself down. He held it together really well. This is his 9th competition this season, and with the injuries and illness he's had in the past few months, it's understandable that he's worn out. But he showed his fighting spirit just as you said, that's the mentality that I hoped to see and he didn't disappoint. :thumbsup:He got it together really well after yesterday. That was the fighting spirit that he was lacking in the SP.Its a shame it wasn't enough for the win though.
