Alexander Petrov

Petrov doesn't have Minimum TES for Junior Worlds. Any idea where he is planning to get those? There isn't much time nor is there many international competitions left before deadline.

Oh, fu** that is true. He hasn't done any junior competitions this season. What possible competitions are there still?

Bavarian Open would be most likely I would think but at the moment he is not on the entry list, although late entry is possible.

Rus Fed can enter him in any junior competition that meets the requirements, as long as they do it before the draw is made. He just has to turn up and he will get that TES min.

200 pages, 3 years, hundreds of thousands of posts later and we're back to talking about junior competitions again.

When was the last time he took part in a junior "B" competition? Spring 2013. So four years ago.

Most of that is due to improvement though. As you said he just has to turn up and do a couple of elements that's it, should be easy.

It's been a long way to this point and it will be a long and bumpy way from here on still. I believe he can do it (whatever it may be in this case) and we can just support him and see what happens.
(You know, I'm just trying to stay positive here)

Some stuff I promised earlier but just did not have the time to post.

There are various photos on his fanpage too, you can take a look.
All in all, not really many photos from this event, surprisingly.

I've been quite busy with my own personal work/career stuff so updates won't be as often as before, apologies. I'm currently attending job interviews (career switch) and it's veery tiring/stressful.

Edit:
Oh and I forgot to mention, Benoit has a dog now. Uber cute!!! https://www.instagram.com/p/BQLuzfYgYnO/

You have to enter credit card details for it although they "assure" you that they won't charge you anything for it. But you do so at your own risk of course.

Russian Cup Final

SP: 16 Feb 5pm
FS: 17 Feb 1pm

Entries list has not been released yet. Just wait for the draw, we'll only know then who the rest of the competitors will be.

77.52 (41.76 + 35.76)

Looks okay, like he landed all his jumps. Not sure how clean they were but it's a good score.

He's the final skater so it will be awhile before we get any results. But the event is about to start.
