I think she probably approves of Alina hosting Ice Age.
As long as all of TAT's "chess pieces" (the skaters) are moving in the direct she desires, she's got no reason to complain.

It seems they are going for a grown up image for Alina. Sometimes I wish they would leave it to Alina, Eteri, Olga and her mom to choose the dress, hair and makeup

When you watch IA on TV, you get no idea how difficult it is. Well, since I had such an opportunity (thanks to Alina, her mother Leysan, and of course @teamzagitova), then I will share the points I noticed.
As already mentioned, Alina just shines, shines brightest of all. And it's not about the dress with sequins, but her incredible energy. As soon as she came out each time to record her part, I involuntarily began smiling. As soon as she left, time for me started dragging on for a very long time. By the way, Alina recorded all interviews with just one take. And also, with a very touching interest towards the interviewees. And, very importantly, with such a warm desire to support the participants that have made mistakes in their skates, or received incomprehensible, underscored points. And what was very cool - Alina was the ringleader for the public, especially after Marinin pair's interview, she decided to light up the rink and literally signed the call for the audience to "make some noise!"
I repeat that very long 9-10 hours of shooting is not an easy job at all. As a fan of Alina's skating, there was a cool part where she went on the ice between the shootings, and skated different figures, just glided around the rink. It was so beautiful!
I really wanted to cheer and support her, and for me it was an honour - to give a bouquet and a gift from Teamzagitova. However, it is always a bit flustering, to be able to capture the moment knowing that thousands of fans are waiting for the traditional photo. After the final take, Alina recorded a video on her phone, apparently there will be some kind of creative message from her. We are waiting for it impatiently. Then Alina skated up to me, to another corner of the rink. And you know what? All of the prepared phrases just disappeared, because the closer she got, the more beautiful and more charming she was. Her smile lights everything up, she is so beautiful. At this moment, the audience in the hall began to shout: "Alina, we love you." She spoke directly into the microphone that she kept with her: "I love you all too!" And here she is in front of me: “Hello, Alina! Here, on behalf of the fans, this is for you, we love you. Thanks!". I asked to take a photo for the group, and she, of course, did not refuse.
You see, Alina is a legend of figure skating, but she is an ordinary girl, without a hint of pathos and star fever. I already have a whole series of proofs. Incredible, kind, open. We can say that Alina is once again destroying myths. For this I want to support her even more."
