Yup, they really seemed to like her performance. And it's no wonder, just imagining watching her live gives me chills [emoji4]That’s what I was wondering too.
Maybe technical controller check team? Would be nice if they were judges, they seemed so into it and followed her every move.
I think some members mentioned before ( in The Edge I think, when the subject of wrong edges was discussed ) that judges do watch the practices. And I am sure they always leave with a great impression about Alina because she usually shines even during her practices [emoji4]
and the Axels. Big thanks to the person who took that video - it gives a closer look at her skates. I am not an expert but I see a lot of improvements in her Skating skills - her StepSq was for the first time really great, not rushed, no steps were skipped, good edge control. There wasn't an impression that she's about to loose her balance anymore. She still needs some work on to her cross overs and gaining speed but if this is the only thing one could take on her..well, she's doing perfectly well! I just wanted to give her some credit for her training, I definitely see that they are refining her skating skills and that the jumps are not the only focus. Hopefully TAT takes this into consideration and doesn't throw some shade on Alina
Best of luck to the entire team, fingers are crossed for seeing Carmen on the top of the podium!
