I frankly didn‘t even understand the translation. “She may be unpredictable some moment. Alina seems to be talking too“ Nastya, I love you but what does this mean? Is it somehow unpredictable that Alina talks? :laugh:

Did it make no sense?

I wasn't able to understand that much :laugh: it just sounded like AT wasn't close with Alina and wanted to express it in a way that wasn't offensive. Or could be misquoted.

Thank you for saying this because I read that three times and still couldn't quite understand what it means.

Zenskate thanks for pointing it out though, always great to see a former training mate talking about Alina.

Nastya use a word — встрепенуться.. it means for example — waking up, start to move , out from sleep mode ))
 
Most often this word is used when talking about birds, sits on a branch quietly and calmly and suddenly flies away, begins to move quickly.

I think Nastya described the character of Alina by this way

Thanks EdRoz for this explanation! I had a hard time understanding what Nastya said [emoji4] even if they weren't so close, I am sure she has a huge respect for Alina. [emoji4]
 
Looks like the SP video has been reposted a couple of times on youtube.

I am 99.99% sure that the person who originally posted it is a member of this forum who is attending the GPF.
If you get a chance, go over to on-site practice report in the competition thread and give him a :agree:

I don't want to name-drag him, but its the 5th post on page 2.

I wondered that myself.

I think the judges do watch the practices (at least they used to long ago).

That’s what I was wondering too.

Maybe technical controller check team? Would be nice if they were judges, they seemed so into it and followed her every move.

True. After that called UR, it's like Alina is on fire. Her signature combo is looking better and better, I am sure she put a lot of work into it because it's just spectacular [emoji173]

Inside the team they are rivals , and there is no time for friendship with other people, that’s why her iPhone is her best friend
