"Good afternoon, everyone, and a happy holiday! On this occasion, I decided to leave the read-only mode and tell everyone about the feelings that Alina evokes.
The only time I saw the skaters live was at the 2019 Test Skates. Before that, I didn't have enough time, and it seemed to me that I was losing little when watching FS from home. And soon thereafter, a pandemic struck. But I will remember this unique and interesting experience forever. When you watch it live, everything, of course, looks much more grandiose - more powerful, energetic, more bewitching. All the performers, without exception, delighted me, but Alina is something incredible, absolutely special and unique. Her fluid plasticity, enormous energy that enchants the audience, beautiful, sharp technique ... All this caused me indescribable emotions and made me love Alina even more, although, it would seem, how one can love her even more I invited my mother to the TS, we discussed the performances, she was also delighted, especially by the pairs and singles, but when Alina started her skate she went abruptly silent. To be honest, I was counting on something else as a reaction - I thought that I would be able to attract her to the ranks of the zagifans: D But later it turned out that I misinterpreted this silence - it was a sign of complete shock (in a good way). Then she told me that she understands why Alina is so wildly popular, why she is so famous and loved - because she is the only one whose skating makes you stop breathing, who completely captures your attention and hypnotizes. This very well conveys my feelings too. Alina is certainly unreally charismatic.
For me, she is the quintessence of FS - she combines technical complexity, intricate artistry, strength, beauty and life. Alina does everything better. When Esmeralda was announced, and when they showed the dress - to be honest, I was pretty skeptical. I didn't really like the idea itself, the costume in the photo seemed rather tacky. But as soon as Alina started skating, any cut of music, any dress and any performance begins to play in a new way. With her charm, Alina turns a good product into a work of art. It doesn't matter what dress and what kind of musical accompaniment there is - there is only Alina and the pure FS she creates. So in the end I sat glued to the screen at the Esme premiere. Amazing ability! Therefore, I would so much like to see Alina in new characters, in a new style, through the prism of perception of other choreographers. There is so much talent and untapped potential in her!
I really hope that Alina will resume her career. It's such a slightly selfish desire, because the competitions without her has lost much of their appeal. I still love FS, but it does not have that unconditional, great flagship that she was that makes my heart beat faster any more. Now you can skip the skates, watch them later, but in Alina's era there was no such thing, I was looking for any opportunity to watch her skate live (or almost live)
I will with great respect accept any decision by Alina, but still I hope that we will have the opportunity to see her on competitive ice. She has enormous potential that deserves to be fully unleashed. All Alina's programs are small masterpieces (some more, some less), and how we would like this range to be expanded!
Well, in my case, the athlete's perception is also influenced by her personality. And Alina's personality is wonderful A very kind, bright, sincere person, to whom it is difficult not to feel sympathy.
I sincerely congratulate the great Olympic champion and the only Russian woman who has collected all the main titles in figure skating, and I wish you new heights, achievements and victories! Vivat, Alina!"

If Alina didn’t fly to Kazan (which I think is a provisional decision), she might have a more formal birthday celebration prepared by Japanese staff.
They still prepare a party for our birthday girl in the hotel, making her feel happy and welcomed.
