Almost anything by Gary Beacom: https://youtu.be/-iJLlBn8-pE.

I was actually looking for a specific spin by him which, if I recall correctly, started as a simple one foot spin (back inside edge). Then the circle of the spin got gradually smaller and smaller, eventually switching to forward outside edge and the circle again getting bigger in a nice even spiral pattern. He would glide out of the spin on the same forward edge. I”ve never seen such control of edge. Anyone else seen this? I saw it live at a show and can’t remember much else about the number he did, so would be difficult to find on youtube.

I love when Jason does the Russian split followed by a high kick/glide thing (really technical skating term there) during the step sequence in his 'Can't go on without you' SP. It just looks so cool.

In the Naomi Nari Nam vid Dick Button asks who could do the splits better - that's very easy. Jason Brown. And I couldn't get the picture to post. It's his Russian split in Riverdance. His legs are litterally horizontal to the ice. And the height is amazing.

Best Russian Splits - Todd Eldredge, he normally did them around the end of his program (tired legs), frequently did turns into them.

My favorite quote on Jason’s splits was from Kurt himself:

“They’re Toller Cranston good”.:luv17:
