Disappointing skate today, but she has so much power and skill and commands the ice in a way few others can. I love her. I don’t know what the outlook is for GPF, probably not good, but I will be looking forward to her long and nationals, hopefully. I saw her last year and she had a disappointing day, having learned she had Covid. It was such a strange week in Nashville anyway, with Covid concerns and a rare ice and snow storm and no roads cleared.

I mostly follow men’s skating, so this is a new fandom for me. Her short is such a cool program.

I'm super happy for Amber right now! I honestly thought they might select Starr over Amber due to her having a better GP season, so hearing this news is amazing, especially after what Amber went through last Nationals! Can't wait to see Amber again in Saitama! (No disrespect meant towards Starr at all; in a perfect world, I would have loved to see them both going to Worlds.)
