remember that interview when she said she wanted to retire because of the hilarious scores at russian cup finals?
this score is even worse...

Hopefully her coaches can explain it to her calmly that she has much to be proud of. She put herself in a rough spot with that SP and then having to skate first in the FS but even in doing so she rose above and did everything in her power. It was a glorious FS and I know the team is proud of her. She still has work to do and things to improve and I think she’ll welcome it. Her coaches seem to care very dearly for her.

If she stays in juniors one more year she may finally get the respect she deserves.

Absolutely right. She skates first out of 18 and scores over 75 TES. Besides the gold-silver-bronze Eteri Junior trio, not one of the other 14 skaters, including 10 Seniors, can match Anastasya's TES.

Hi, I saw it live and very impressed, great speed and jumps. Actually judging was wrong but no need to worry so much. When Sakamoto won the 3rd place in JWC 2016, her PCS was only 60, now she gets 70. She was also struggling with arm movement but improved a lot now. You also need to continue good performance to earn PCS. Just one thing I noticed is a bit out of the music beat. anyway she has great talent, so no worry, Just keep going!

Ok. I also just found a couple articles, one of them from December where she said she was trying multiple quads and that her toeloop was the best, and one from October where Plushenko said she was training 4T
