That was very nice skate, good on everything
Why didn't they put her into GP?
Because she had a low season's best last year and there were way too many Russians ahead of her that deserved spots.

So happy for her. I think it will take more to get a GP next year, #MissionTop9RussianSB
Which I think will be harder this year than just being in the Top 24
Currently the one to beat is Leonovas 194. But I think there is a chance of skaters like Tarakanova and Tarusina (currenly russian nr10 and 11) also getting a score higher than that pushing the 9th score closer to 200.

She is on the entry list for the Golden Spin of Zagreb.

3 is not enough. How can Russia have 7 entries? They need to start letting that happen at other events too.3 is not enough.

Yeah, it really says a lot about Russian ladies that two of the ladies who medaled at their GP events this season with a score of almost 200 points might not get GP events next season because their scores are not good enough to be in TOP 9 among Russian ladies. Both ladies have their 2nd GP event yet to come though.
In any case, there are more ladies who can score big than just Tarakanova and Tarusina, like Sima, Gulyakova (hopefully she will skate at the Golden Spin of Zagreb) and Sotskova. Maybe even Tsurskaya or Panenkova even though this season haven't been good for them.
Yes. There are defenitely more than just those two who can get close to 200. I just chose them because they where the ones closest of the russians and I think they both have potential for a higher score than they currently got. Can it be true that Nastya got two CS the weeks after one another both Tallin Trophy and Golden Spin?
What do you mean? 4 of them are subs. Any country can name pretty much as many subs as they want but only three skaters can take part to the competition.
Why isn't Anastasia skating this weekend in Moscow?

Let me guess, rhetorical question right?![]()

:it has to be frustrating for Anastasia to be sitting on the sidelines while skaters she's better than like Stanislava and Sofia get to skate in major events on the senior circuit. I wonder what she really said she really thinks of the Russian Federation.
She didn't have a high enough SB last year – that's why she's not on the GP circuit. She has a chance to get a high SB in her challengers. Good luck to Anastasia![]()
