Anastasiia Gubanova

I noticed that Anastasiia posted a thank you to everyone who supported her this season then added a see you next season.

To think just a few years back we were afraid she’d be lost in the weeds of RusFed talent. I hope she just keeps going and going for many more seasons!!

Cheers to my favorite international skater and her fans ✌️

Well said Sam. It's very nice that Nastya has had a career internationally after moving to Georgia.
Georgia needs one more Russian girl in the next year or so. Anastssia peaked during the Olympic season and hasn't skated as well since which is a little bit alarming. More alarming are her usual atrocious PCS scores that never change for the better. I'm not saying her PCS score should be close to kaoris because they should not. But Nastia is often getting PCS scores in the twenties and fifties. SMH. When she skates cleanly she should be about 34 and 70 PCS.

Nastyas best skating this past season was at Europeans where she was better than the year before when she won the gold medal. I wish she could skate like that more consistently.

I think she skates through the next Olympic cycle maybe the season after that.

Gubanova's short and long program for the next season is choreographed- it might be shockingly for her fans- by Adam Solya. She looks very pleased on her instagram.

In her first major interview with international media, Gubanova reflected on her skating journey and gave us a sneak peek at her new programs.

She also shares details on her past struggles with weight, collaboration with Adam Solya this season, and a few tidbits on her romance with Finland's Roman Galay! 💒

Nastya shocked many by doing her career-best short program over 71 points and making the final group at the Olympics. 😮😎 The ISU finally put her over 70 points for the first time ever in the SP.

I'm hoping for the career-best in the LP for Nastya at the Olympics. 🙏 But after 3 Olympic skates so far how much does she have left to give?
