Before I start to break down the material about open skates, I want to share a new interview with Andrei, in which he looks unusually relaxed and confident. I don't remember seeing him like this before.
Perhaps it's because the girl interviewing him, Lina Fedorova, is his close friend. No, she is not his girlfriend, but they are in the same company.

Which looks better - your passport photo or your current skate?
Andrei (laughs):
- For now - my passport photo.
This morning I skated in training. I skated my program without jumps, and to be honest, I was out of breath at the end of the practice. Despite the fact that I warmed up, practiced rolling the program, ran, watched my breathing.
I thought that now, in the evening, I would die on the ice, but nothing happened, my legs remembered how to skate, everything was fine.
