Well, Andrew had a few falls in the free, but he came through it: instead of being discouraged, he fought for the program and finished in fifth place. Among the stellar US men, quite an accomplishment! As always, his skating skills and performance quality still shone.
Selected as an alternate for Worlds, but nothing for 4CC; I imagine (I hope) that the next step is Junior Worlds!

Very interesting to hear Andrew’s approach to skating: “creativity”, “originality”, “pushing my boundaries”, and other than when directly asked by Jackie about that pesky 3A, hardly a word about jumps qua jumps.
