Anna Shcherbakova

Anna did clean SP runthrough yesterday afternoon (only pictures) with 2A, 3F+3Lo (for practise purpose), 3Lz+3Lo: https://www.instagram.com/p/CMy6vHkJjIO/
No matter her placing I hope Anna has a very good SP that will set her up for the free skate where the gold medal and the podium will to be decided. I wouldn't think this is an event where someone like aliona or Kamila could
get such a big lead after the SP it would be almost impossible to catch them. The gold medal and podium are really up for grabs.

As (geoblocked) back up, Anna's SP from the ISU YouTube channel.

And have a photo of Anna, by Josep Martinson, posted by 50_shades_of_skaters on instagram. (Link also has the protocols for the top twelve skaters.)

One third is done. Two thirds remain. That's how I see the relation of SP (and FP) to totality.
As for the number of elements yes, but I think with the pressure, nerves, with just being it the competitive program the difference is not so big. Also in the SP one mistake can cost truly a lot and can be hardly substituted by something else, while in the free there you can subsitute some mistakes easier with something else.
