Translation:here is a longer vid of Anna's interview with Gadzhieva:
The video that Hajiyeva spoke about on a talk show:
Anna (surprised): Did I hit?
This video was published on the Russian site zen.yandex.ru. First comment: "And the same thing happens in every competition!"
Anna at that time posted this video on Instagram, but in a slightly different version - there was no her voice, just hitting the basketball hoop and bouncing the ball.I remember that, I think it is from 2018.

How was your vacation?
After the end of all the ice shows, we had enough time to recover and relax. I used this time fully - I rested and also prepared for the exams. Then I came to Moscow and I had a lot of things to do. Every day was completely busy, which was unusual for me. I realized that it’s comfortable for me when every day goes according to the same schedule: I wake up in the morning, I train, then there is a break, training again - and here is the evening. That is, the whole day is busy, but at the same time for every day - a very specific schedule. And this time it was like this: one day I pass some kind of exam, on the second day I participate in some kind of event, on the third day I have a shooting - and for me this is some kind of new, unusual schedule. Maybe it was in a certain sense tiring, but also interesting. Every day there were some things to do, and finally, I was free and was able to get to training (laughs).
Did you go out on the ice at all during your vacation?
Of course, when I had at least half a day free, I came to Khrustalny and trained, worked in order to come here and not completely disappoint the coaches (laughs). I tried, let's say, to start work on restoring my shape on my own.
(question omitted, probably something about interaction with Alina Zagitova)
No, we don't coach each other, but we give each other friendly advice when one of us fails. We do not make any gross mistakes in jumps, we [discuss] how to tune in to the jump, which helps to put the maximum effort into the jump. Well, here we are approaching each other at the rink and consulting: “And this is how I do it! - And I'm like this. Perhaps this helps us. For example, when someone watches my skating, it helps me, I feel responsible for it. And so I go up to her and say: “Alina, please look - now I have to enter this jump.” She looks, and I'm doing better.
Did you manage to try something new during your vacation?
While I'm trying a little of everything ... I remembered that at the beginning of the season in an interview I said that I have a little dream - to see from the inside how everything happens in the theater. And so I was invited to the theater and my dream really came true. I visited the Bolshoi Theater, and they showed me its inner life, I saw how the artists prepare for performances, how they work in the dressing rooms, and then, of course, I watched the performance itself. Now, moreover, I was invited to watch The Master and Margarita, and this is very interesting for me. I also talked with the management [of the theatre], we discussed the various features of figure skating and ballet, what is similar with them and what is different. It was really interesting.
How is your new dog doing?
It gradually unfolds. At first it was just a darling-bun (laughs). And now, of course, already showing character. But I think that he and Sandy became great friends and they have a excellent company now, and I'm very cool with them, so I'm very happy.
How does he show his character?
Well, he's digging holes in ground. Immediately, when I turn away - he is already starting. As soon as I fill one hole, he digs another one somewhere behind. And when I turn to him, he runs back to me again and starts digging there. And he also guards me from time to time - he barks at everyone around (laughs).
You're on a big tour...
Yes, there will be 22 shows in one month. In each of them I will have two performances. It happened to me before when I skated at shows in the summer. Before my first junior season and also before my first senior season, I went to a show in Japan. And when I'm not in the most optimal shape - such shows help a lot to gather my strength as much as possible. At such moments, I understand that it’s impossible just, as in the training process, to train all the elements a little bit, you need to go on ice and immediately show everything, because I am responsible to the audience. So I think it will be a great experience for me. In addition, a lot of performances in a short time - so we'll see.
After all these shows, will you have time to prepare for the season?
Well, of course, before each show there will be mandatory training and program runs. At the end of the season, we also traveled to different cities for shows and it was a serious load. Such a load is different from the one we get in training, where we just constantly work out certain elements. That is, the show is a lot of holistic programs, and this is also a very useful activity.
I'm not saying that it's just hard work, it helps me get the right tone. In addition, I will be in Sochi, which means great weather, I can go somewhere for a walk. Moreover, each show is a performance with the audience. That is, in any case, no matter how tired I am - when at the end there is a final, when a huge hall, everyone supports me, applauds - it's very nice, it charges. It gives me energy and you can say that I'm looking forward to this moment. But at the same time, I know that I still need time to prepare.
