My lower back is hurting, never before, but had not been tying Axels. Is that indicative or am I landing wrong. I think I am absorbing with my knee / leg, but since I have been trying it has been hurting all the sudden. I feel when "pushing with my leg I am unbalanced and trying to compensate by becoming ridged. Yes I want a coach but not that serious so I am looking for advice here.
