It's speculation here, but I think it's generally agreed that the Chinese Federation picks out either David Wilson or Lori Nichols for its top skaters. It might be a contract.

I doubt they would use the same choreographer for the entirety of Boyang's career. There will be some degree of branching and I personally can't wait. However, I do remain optimistic that his choreography with Lori will some day improve. I really hope it does.

Only just returned here, have been busy with work, family and housework (some of us have to keep the house clean!) - I am feeling rather guilty for being away for awhile since the Olys. Worlds is just round the corner. A big shout out to Boyang - All the Best for the Short Program - can't wait to see 'Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon' again, love the 'Wushu' choreography in this SP, suits Boyang perfectly.

I am with you on this one too, 'Metis', 'secretly hoping that Boyang will pull an upset and wins Gold at Worlds'. Boyang has got both the tech and the PCs (significantly improved compared to last season) to win. In fact, if the judges have awarded proper GOEs, especially on the 4lutz (+2/3!!) and 4salcow.

I am both exhilarated and nervous (as wanting Boyang to medal so bad!!) at this coming Worlds.

Go Boyangman, you can do it! I am cheering for you all the way from down under :hap85:
