So Phil is not that dominant?Phil Wizard goes 1-1 against Kuzya from Ukraine, with one battle left for the top 8.
He won silver at the World Championships against Victor (USA), but he's still a favourite. He should make it out of the round robin since he's up against J Attack (AUS) next, who lost his battles. It'll be a question of Kuzya vs Dany Dann for who joins him.So Phil is not that dominant?
Just watched his round against the Ukrainian. I liked Phil better but I know nothing hahahI really like Hongten, but I don't think he'll make it out of the round robin

The World Champion, Nicka, lost the final battle to Ami yesterday, so it's a matter of what they bring to the stage at that time.
It's hard for the commentators to tell too, they were completely surprised by how the judges went yesterday.Just watched his round against the Ukrainian. I liked Phil better but I know nothing hahah
The French CBC dude seems knowledgeable. He pointed out many mistakesIt's hard for the commentators to tell too, they were completely surprised by how the judges went yesterday.
That's good, since the English ones kept going on about how India barely made it into the round robin due to doing a pre-qualifier in order to accommodate an extra spot for Talash to compete. It would've been very hard for India to not advance out of that battle. The French CBC dude seems knowledgeable. He pointed out many mistakes
I know. I know rock climbers..I do not question their sport, Its their life. Or race pilots. I ride motorcycles and have for 58 years. I could be crippled or dead tomorrow. But I am very selective about where and when I ride and how. The young girl who fell to her death in California on wet granite climbing with her father.....that was very sad. I too wonder how dangerous break dancing is to the head. Maybe water polo isnt too dangerous. Skating certainly is....Just curious, has anyone studied concussions/brain damage in breakdancers? The spinning on their heads makes me cringe.
My husband was a rock climber at the hobby level, so I already knew what even that level takes and how dangerous it is. One fall almost ended his Career A as an organist (Career B was as a research chemist) when he put three fractures in his spine, another in one shoulder, and concussion from a minor skull fracture. For the rest of his years as a musician, wedding couples got an organist who was zonked in advance on painkillers or he wouldn't have been able to play the double-banked keyboard and foot pedals.
I've read that water polo players often get kicked in the head or face or elsewhere, and clawed, either accidentally or on purpose. So do synchro swimmers, in all the melee underwater.I know. Water Polo is like rugby in water. Why do you think they wear the funny caps ? Because they won't want their ears to be pulled off their heads ! It's a very physical sport. You gotta be super fit to just swim back and forth and then do the egg beaters when in the scoring zone to shoot or block a ball. From my own experience, it's a super rough sport and it isn't free of injury.. Maybe water polo isnt too dangerous.
