Christina CARREIRA and Anthony PONOMARENKO (Russian: Антоний ПОНОМАРЕНКО) are Ice Dancers who represent the USA. Carreira was born on 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] April 2000 in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Ponomarenko was born on 5[SUP]th[/SUP] January 2001 in San José, California, USA. The team won the silver medal at the 2018 World Junior Championships and won the overall bronze medal in the 2018-19 Challenger Series in their first Senior season.
Anthony is the son of 5-time European, 3-time World and 1992 Olympic ice dancing champions Marina Klimova and Sergei Ponomarenko.
