Could anyone tell what 27 countries do not require a visa to enter the U.S. ( just curious). Also as dumb as this may sound, do Americans need a visa to enter Canada? ( I really dont know)

You will notice that Canada is not on that list because we have never needed even a passport, let alone a visa, to enter each others countries. But last time we went to Florida, we were advised to have one anyway. (since Sept. 11 it is recommended, but not needed)

You may need a passport to go to Canada now, but not a visa. That will never happen, I don't think. In the past a driver license was OK, or even nothing at all. Unless you had an accent, than they wanted to see your green card, or whatever.

I didn't need a passport when I went to Canada for SC '03. I just needed my birth cert. and a state issued photo id. I had no problems.

That is what I was told was required when I went to Windsor Casino last month.

The last time I went across all I needed was my license. But I had my birth certificate just in case.
