Nobody broke the ice on this thread, so I am going to do it. Since I saw them for the very first time at canadians 2008, I was very impressed and I knew immediately these 2 skaters will move up quickly through the rankings. After only one year they have surpassed even the most optimistic expectations and I will watch their journey closely. I have a soft spot for them especially since I have heard that Vanessa was born in and adopted from Romania (same as myself).
