I am beyond surprised! Amon Miyamoto is a very big name!

The music is written by Kenji Kawai, who may be most known by Ghost in the Shell OST.

The theme music is written and played by Takahiro Matsumoto, a very popular guitarist and respected composer in Japanese Rock scene. Now his huge fan base is following Hyoen.

This is a very big project, much much bigger than Hyoen 2017: Basara, which tells how respected and trusted Dai is in Japanese entertainment industry.

The story is an original based on the Tail of Genji characters and titled "Tsukiakari no Gotoku (Like Moonlight)".

The casting is very interesting.

Daisuke Takahashi - Genji, protagonist of the story
Shizuka Arakawa - Lady Kokiden, mother of Emperor Suzaku
Stéphane Lambiel - Emperor Suzaku, Genji's half brother
Yulia Lipnitskaya - Lady Murasaki, Genji's young wife
Akiko Suzuki - Oborozukiyo, favorite concubine of Emperor Suzaku who also was in relationship with Genji, younger sister of Lady Kokiden
Nobunari Oda - Onmyoji
Kanako Murakami - 咲風 (Sae? Sakikaze? I'm not sure how to read it)

Nobunari Oda and Kanako Murakami's characters are originals of this story.

"Beyond the Border" is a perfect phrase for him. He is a top amateur athlete and top professional performance artist at the same time. There is no border between them in him as a skater.

This article published by Kateigaho today said Dai was offered the second project of Hyoen only two months after Hyoen 2017 was finished.

Amon Miyamoto, the director of Hyoen 2019 was spotted among the audience of Hyoen 2017 like many other celebrities.

I look forward to Hyoen 2019 more than ever as he is now back to competitions and in his top form again.

There was a kind of sneak preview of "Like the Moonlight" at the Worlds opening ceremony. Shizuka, Stephane, Akiko, Nobu and Kanako performed on the ice. (Dai didn't perform, which is understandable because he declined to compete at the competition.)
