Daria Panenkova

Dunya will skate at Riga's JGP in Latvia. She've got tough competitiors - Japanese 3A girl Kihira and her compatriot Fedichkina. Hope that during the summer she gained some speed, because in the last season she was slow, especially in compare with her teammates. And didn't lose her stability. Good luck!

Unfortunately, the questions only on general topics, a quite bit of new.

- about personality - she is shy girl and it adds difficulties to the sport.
- about programs - new short, "A dream", from Gleykhengauz with the participation of Tutberidze, all jumps in the second half, including a cascade of flip-toe. Free program old;
- how Dasha came in FS - she had health problems, and doctors recommended to go swimming or FS; she choose FS because her aunt some time ago was engaged in it.
- about coaches - first time she trains at sport school near the house, after that - Gavrilova, and two years ago she moved to Tutberidze group.
- what has changed in these two years - she became better to skate and became more confident in herself.

Darya reminds me a little bit of Tonya Harding. Something about her overall look and skating style I think.
 
what is interesting is that even the worst performance from what Eteri's girls have shown by now(and with an awful choreo) turned out to be better than what top japanese girl has produced (but of course bad SP from Kihira was a deciding factor)
