I'm pretty sure Sasha digs gold medals, but not necessarily his.

I thought I heard something earlier that many of the male athletes seem to "dig" Sasha. What is it about her that so many guys seem to like? (it's no wonder she's "picky".) I suppose it's a matter of personal taste. Well if he wants to go for it, he can. But if he REALLY was interested in Sasha, IMO it was kind of stupid of him to announce it on the air so everybody knows. More discretion might have lead to a greater chance of success. Of course, if she doesn't dig a guy like him, it wouldn't matter what he did or how he went about doing it.

talented, yes. good looking, to a certain extent. But nice? fun to be with? I don't know her enough to know whether she is or is not nice (people can always put on smiles for the camera, so I'm not quite convinced by the "oh hi!!!!! how are you????" stuff that she seems to do). To me, she seems like the cold, standoffish one. You know, the one that will give you "the look" if you so much as look in her direction. (my impression only. this is not to say that she is.) Still, many guys seem to fall for this like a deck of cards. But not a chance with someone like me...I guess I'm just tough to please...

Oh, you know that these "uptight, prissy" types (I'm not saying Sasha is either, but she certainly could easily give that impression) secretly deep down dig these renegade "bad boy" rebels..... Just think, it could be the Winter Sports version of Whitney Houston & Bobby Brown....
The article on this that was published in the San Diego Union referred to a potential date between the two as "big air meets big hair", a comment I find rather confusing. Sasha does not have big hair, so maybe that's a reference to him, but then that would make HER "big air" and she doesn't really have huge jumps, so I'm just mystified....

I'm quite impressed how calm Sasha is with the media, who seem to like to give her a hard time.....
Wouldn't surprise me at all if one day she went Rumsfeld on them and treated them the way they should be treated....
