In my opinion, it could be partly predicted by the number of students attending Figure Skating courses?

There was a Junior Grand Prix held in Mexico City in 2008.
Some very good Men competed there and survived!
There should be a Challenger's Event held there and Donovan can compete!

The reason I mention this, I had a chance to speak to Sam Auxier (USFSA president) during an event. I asked him if a particular Chicago area arena could possibly ever be used for U.S. Nats. It's a nice arena but difficult to get to. He said it probably wouldn't happen because it would be difficult to get volunteers in that area and they need lots of volunteers.

Music: “Al Maghfera (After Mozart's ‘Qui tollis’ from Mass in C Minor, K. 427)” and “Al Sahm al Taéh (After Mozart's ‘Soave sia il vento’ from Così fan tutte, K. 588)” from Mozart l'Égyptien 2 | HAVASI's “Ad Martem”.hope the music is the correct one.
