I do too, but otoh, they have put a lot of time into getting Dima's leg healed.

I hope they will go to Euros!

I saw something Katia said after about wanting to show their best at Euros, but like you, I hope they make the right choice for Dima's health. Being at Worlds in good shape is more important.
 
Well deserved National title again. Congratulations!

I was a bit upset at the SP's placement, but they reversed the result by delivering great classical free skate.
 
I can't wait to see these two tomorrow :love: I am rooting for them to win this whole thing!
 
Okay, I'm kinda dissapointed to be honest. Beside a mistake on twizzles, they also stumbled on exit from the lift and Dima minorly lost his balance in transitions. And overall they didn't look as free as at GPF, definitely nervous skate. BUT, the score is good, especially I'm happy for their PCS. Hope for a clean crisp skate in FD!

Yeah, I think the most important thing is that they still got a good score and strong PCS despite the mistakes. There's still room for improvement to take them to a 70+ score at Worlds.
 
They lost a level in those twizzles, but I am so damn happy the judges tipped the PCS scale to their side. If they go clean on the FD I don't see them out of the podium.

And they HAVE TO. The three russian teams are really close, so they have to show they are the best between the three.

You know, I am also a little disappointed with the mistakes but I think despite them they skated with A LOT of passion and power, and they still scored better than S/K, who skated the very best they could possibly skate, so actually, I feel like today was extremely encouraging. Hoping they will really do their best on Saturday!
 
Hope they have a nice clean skate on Saturday and end up with a medal! The blue sd dress looks so nice with the dark hair, I didn't mind the last one, but this one is really lovely!

And what a way to win the bronze, better than C/L in the free, direct opponents, and pulverizing their last best score in the FD and with a new total PB. And they just came back from a year off, guys!!!

Now I can only imagine if they had this FD at the Olympics, ach...
 
they beat the Italians, even if only for the FD!!!!!!!!!! Gosh I can totally see Anna Karenina on Boston podium!!!!!!!!
