Ruslan said they are working with ballroom specialist. Maybe they will do the SD. If Antonio is not doing a modern dance for them, I hope they go with the Tango at this point. Although it's not going to be easy but maybe it's worth the risk. :yes:

I actually think a waltz could compliment them very well. They have the speed and Ruslan has great line (not that Elena doesn't but Ruslan's quite impressive) this would be a great opportunity to showcase his strengths and give him a chance to shine a bit. I am dying to see what they come up with for a program!!' Why is it barely May...

It could, Sous le ciel de Paris maybe, but the Ravensburger should be skated with the character of a Viennese Waltz, elegant and light. It's perfect for them. It will emphasise more their great edges, deep knee bends, speed, softness.

As for the waltz I personally don't mind to watch them because I loved compulsory dances, and Paso is worse. But keep in mind that the video I posted are from Compulsory dances period. You are not going to hear the same waltz music now.

Thanks, that's really cool! He did something similar for Lambiel's Carne Cruda program, as well as the traditional flamenco & tango programs they did together.
