Picasso was my first thought too, and your theory would be amazing! Frida would be great too. In any case, I'm loving the FD concept, and that it'll be very character-driven.

I would love that. Although it has been done before so I don't know. There are so many artists who were a couple: Coco Chanel&Igor Stravinsky, Modigliani&Akhmatova, Shchedrin&Plisetskaya, Isadora Duncan&Esenin, Claudel&Rodin, Kandinsky&Gabriele Münter, Picasso&Chochlova, Picasso&Françoise Gilot and others. :laugh:

Delobel and Schoenfelder did a Frida program that I really liked but they lack that connection that Elena and Ruslan have. Plus the D/S FD didn't really have a fusion of dance styles, but that's partly because of the songs they chose from the soundtrack. There is even a tango in the Frida movie.

Or maybe he was talking about his work on their FD this season and said he'll continue to work with them next season and the reporter interpreted it wrongly? Lol what even ??
 
Obviously it's an error. A misquote or something like that. :rolleye: I think we all know who did the FD. Najarro went to Moscow and worked with the guys and Ilia wasn't there. They are crazy of happines for their FD. They write on FB, Instagram, now the latest interview with Najarro, and he is going back again. Let's not be bothered with one of many trash articles. :laugh:

Or maybe he's just helping them translate what Antonio did into something that works on the ice & has all the required steps & so on. From the inside skating article: "Now they need to assimilate all the choreography and I will come back again to work with them to fix the program"
 
He's just an extra pair of eyes to make sure that things go smoothly, I think. But more so I think its just a typo, more than likely he's assisting with the SD primarily.

They'd have to be well, well under a rock for that to happen. But that journalist just seems to be reckless in my opinion. Three notes of correction were written under the article. She just didn't bother to or care to proof the article before it went online.

This is what kills me about modern day journalist, lack of fact checking. I could write an article that ET did their choreography and people would believe me.
