Orrr, interpreting artists a little more loosely, what if it's Picasso (the spanish connection) and his wife Olga Khokhlova, who was a Russian ballet dancer? They met when Picasso designed the sets & costumes for a ballet to Eric Satie's Parade & he collaborated with the Ballets Russes on several other works so there would be a lot of relevant music to choose from.
Picasso was my first thought too, and your theory would be amazing! Frida would be great too. In any case, I'm loving the FD concept, and that it'll be very character-driven.

I think we all know who did the FD. Najarro went to Moscow and worked with the guys and Ilia wasn't there. They are crazy of happines for their FD. They write on FB, Instagram, now the latest interview with Najarro, and he is going back again. Let's not be bothered with one of many trash articles.
