The skate boot Lena's holding looks HUGE compared to her!
And Lena can fish AND shoot--clearly she'd be a handy person to have around if you're ever stuck in the wilderness.

Speaking of sponsors, I stumbled upon this sports agency that appears to represent Lena (or used to?):

I didn't realize Lena had an official relationship with Chacott, but I guess that makes sense. :agree: It did seem *awfully* nice of that Chacott designer to make Lena a costume as a present!

But now I'm confused--if Lena was already a brand ambassador for Chacott, why did Inna Goncharenko say she had no sponsors (prior to the Riedell thing)? Perhaps it's because they only sent her free stuff, which is nice, but she really needed money to pay for things (like specialists)...? Hmm...

I'm not sure! Last year we already had an idea what kind of music Lena was using (something flamenco, something classical) at this point in the off-season, but this year they've been very quiet. I guess we'll find out when the Russian test skates happen in September, if not earlier.
