Thanks for pointing that out. Could it be that she's skating a little faster now? I'm not sure but she probably does. That could very well explain the problems she has with her landings right now.

Fingers crossed that she'll fight back in the LP. Maybe I'm overthinking this and they were just careless mental errors. I'm getting too used to the superwoman Liza from last year (remember, at WTT she fell on the 3A but the rest of the short was perfect!); she could just need more time this year.

As for the program itself, I just watched the test skate performance (not sure if I'm going to watch the Nice one :hopelessness:). I like it fine, but--and this could be an unpopular opinion--I like her LP more. :)

I might be completely wrong here but I think Mishin is working for 2018, not this season's world etc. After all she won every title there was to win last season.

there is still time to rework and polish until SC, she is still Russia's defending No.1

Thank you! I'll be reposting the parts about Sasha into his thread.

I'm not sure why he didn't mention Andrei but Andrei is coached by his wife and Tataurov so that may perhaps be one of the reasons. Sasha is at least partially coached by him.

Close up her dress looks nice. But maybe other colors like "blue"? I wonder how it will look?
 
I like the long flowy skirt - also, both of her programs are dark - or end up dark; so I think black is quite fitting.

Note: Again, this coming from someone who is not a fan of black - I have very few black garments in my wardrobe.
