During the training Milokhin once came 2 hours late while Ilya and Zhenya were wainting, then he said he was tired and just left. She was angry with him. She said that she is used to think that you do your work anyway even if you have broken foot and broken spine or someone in the family has died.

Wow, that's terrible that she's had so many crazy encounters with fans/random weirdos. I thought it was limited to the young man who tried to kiss her cheek at an autograph signing session, but apparently, she's had to endure much worse! I hope the guy that wanted to rape her is in jail or a mental hospital now or something.
I hate the fandom fighting. I engaged in it for a little while on YouTube when Koola King was making the hateful videos about her, but I quickly saw that it was not productive, so I stopped. I get a little bit of enjoyment out of watching fan clubs try to outdo each other with gifts and banners and the like, but I don't like them mobbing the skaters when they are trying to wrestle their luggage onto the bus or trying to catch a flight or something, and I don't like it when they try to see who can scream the loudest and the longest at a competition or a show, but I might just be an old grouch.
I'm actually not surprised that this guy would show up late for work and then leave early, and I have no doubt that, with her rock solid work ethic and intense focus, she went ballistic when it happened. Even Jason Brown, an elite athlete and hard worker himself, has said that she taught him a lot about focus, determination, and hard work, and she often mentions work ethic when talking about other people, for example, I saw some snippet a couple of years ago where they asked her to describe people with one word, and when they said "Alina," she replied "Hard worker," and in the Golden Skate interview that guy did with her during the Canadian Stars on Ice tour, he asked about her Ariana Grande program, and she immediately noted that we can all see how hard Ariana works at her craft, so to show up two hours late for a workday with her, say you're tired and then leave, has to have triggered her.
