And perhaps.... I really don't see the problem here.
preparation for competition. And a few jumps on the show... It's like heaven and earth.
100+ jumps on every practice twice a day against 5-6 jumps on a single show...
Am I the only one who can see the difference and don't see the problem here?

No, atsumiri, you aren't the only one. I believe Zhenya is sensible enough not to do anything stupid and I hope she won't perform too many jumps to worsen her injury.
I'm sad to read her haters' snarky comments, that's why I've decided not to read them
 
Im pretty sure she can do an EX without jumping, you guys. She isn’t going to jump when the doctor told her to do so.

true. I like both girls. Yes, my heart with Evgenia. But i like Alina pretty much.
And it's really sad, when either Alina's or Evgenia's fans are going crazy or hates another girl(

Agreed, especially since Zhenya and Alina are so supportive of each other and so respectful!

Exactly. If it would be possible, I would be on the cloud number nine if both girls could share gold, but it is practically impossible. Therefore I'm with Zhenya a little more, but that does absolutely not mean I would make any mean comments against Alina. I would nearly say "we (fans of both) should be united against the common enemy" :laugh:

Honestly, they should be happy, because they have 2 of the best FS athletes in the world. I don't know why they continue with this. They’ friends, who support each other. And they’re both good in their own way. In the end doesn’t matter, everybody has different tastes, and we’re going to chose the athlete who moves us more with their programs and personality, but you can appreciate both equally without putting the other down.

Yes, this drives me crazy. They see that Zhenya and Alina are respectful to each other and try to bring in everything possible to make drama out of it and a Plushenko vs Yagudin saga 2.0.... I mean, does it really matter if they are friends or not!? Who cares?! I thought more important for the nation would be that the Olympic gold and silver are both Russian despite the hard times their athletes had due to the doping scandal. If they wanted big ratings, they could go on with story telling how hard their path was and no matter how difficult it was to deal with the unknown (whether they will be allowed to participate ot not), they managed to go to the top. And not this drama thing about 2 teens who love/hate each other, it's very cheap :rolleye:

I'll tell you one secret (which isn't really a secret). Not all coaches and influential sport clubs in Russia are happy about Eteri's success. So they hire yellow press to promote this cheap love/hate and other stories (changing coach/country for Evgenia and etc)
