This is the first program in which I see Zhenya as a woman, not a girl. It's so simple, and yet so beautiful. I hope we can see more of this Zhenya on her new competitive programs

First time I hear a truly ugly version of that beautiful song, I didn't know it was possible to go wrong with it. My poor ears! Anyway, the skating was lovely! I always love just seeing her flow on the ice! I agree with a post above about the spins, I really like them a lot. Very nice program.

They have Starbucks in Moscow. She posted something (on Instagram?) a while ago about the Starbucks being out of something, I don't remember what, but she was displeased.

It's the first time I've heard the song, so I did not suffer at all; I just saw beautiful skating. Now I am reluctant to hear better versions of the song, because I don't want to ruin the performance.

There are SO MANY different versions of this song, it's impossible to pick one that pleases everyone. That said, I think the version she picked was very suitable for skating! There might be other versions that are 'better', but not that suitable.

Thankyou for the video! Zhenya shows real maturity and class with this EX and again displays a great interpretation of the music and story. Her jumps are looking promising too. I also like the new elements she’s trying out, which like others have said, would be interesting to see if she decides to incorporate those into her future programs. [emoji106]
This will also likely be the last time we’ll see her performing with silver skates.
