oh wow they just showed Zhenya on french tv 
it's a tv show about anime and japanese culture! they were talking about YOI. They mentioned the 2X World champion figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva who has shown her love for the anime genre on multiple occasions even skating to sailor moon! i was shocked. I was literally about to go to bed but i had to snap it & share

Zhenya could create and sell some official merchandise (if she hasn’t already?) she’d sell loads! Maybe a collaboration with her sponsor Nike who do this with some of their other athletes, perhaps they can help her design her own stylish logo?

I really like how she’s trying to be welcoming! I hope other coaches are the same
TAT always supported Zhenya and really respected her. I remember how she expressed sadness after she got silver medal and of course she supported her change of coaches.

That‘s not a guarantee, though. Some Russians loved Zhenya and wanted her to win OGM but as soon as she changed coaches to Orser, she was this big “evil traitor“ to them. That‘s why I‘m even more grateful that TAT‘s so supportive of her.
